Hi folks, I'm looking for a pair of bike bags to take full sus bikes to the states. It will need to fold down a bit ideally once empty as it will go in the back of a hire car when I arrive. Looking for one under £100.. Any advice on which are good or any current bargains to be had?
Thanks!

Second hand evoc? About the best and does what you say though the price is a bit more.

Also make sure the bike is covered under your own insurance as airline cover doesn't normally cover them and neither does travel insurance to any decent level.

My standard response is an EVOC, but you wouldn't get one new at £100

Thanks folks, as it is quite short notice (leaving in two weeks) and I will need two bike bags I think I will have to buy new. Love to get an evoc one but they are steep!

yep but I'm up to 20+ flights with mine so far and it's still perfect.

Sounds like you need cardboard boxes from the bike shop and lots of gaffa tape.
