Ideally I'd like the RCT3 with 120mm travel as I don't want a remote.
The manufacturer of my new new frame is recommending a 120mm fork with 51mm offset. It isn't clear on the SRAM website which are available in 51mm offset.

What is the bike?

51mm offset is usually(only?) for 29ers IMO sids are noodly at 120mm on a 29er, I would look at revelations or even pikes.

It'll be going on a Turner Czar.

Revs or pikes might be a bit heavy for a what will be a light xc bike. I'll take a look though.

Pretty sure you can't get one yet. This seems like an expensive solution.

Yep, buying 2 forks is probably not an option!

Maybe I'll look at Fox as well. Generally I prefer rockshox, but I'm open options.

Maybe I'll just take a standard offset (46mm?) 120mm fork. Steering will be a bit more direct, but it's an XC bike after all.

Can't get my head around why Turner are suggesting a 120mm for the 'bearinged' Czar.

I ran with 120mm initially as I didn't have the 100 (which is now on) to hand, and it felt lanky to be honest. But then again you get used to these things.

I can't believe Turner have now jumped on the G2 offset wagon.

All I can say is good luck finding a cheap 15mm qr fork. All I could find in RCT3 (lovely fork) was 9mm.

In the end I had to buy a 100mm Fox direct from the US. It's no RCT3 with poor small bump sensitivity and yet bobs like hell.

Well the OP didn't specify cheap, but his link is a QR15 120mm SID... Price is obviously subjective, but that's not too bad.

Agreed - things have improved in the last 6 months. Considers cost of swapping Fox for RCT3..........

I have SID XX on my trek which is supposed to be G2 offset but couldn't find them at a reasonable cost for 51mm offset. I put standard 46mm offset on it - can't tell the difference although the SIDs are excellent.

Just to update; My RCT3 120mm 51m offset SID just turned up from bike24.

With the reasonable amount off rrp at Bike24 and a strong-ish pound/euro exchange rate at the moment they weren't cripplingly expensive.
