Does anybody use this to increase muscle and are there any side affects.
I think that is no better than a glass of milk.

Drinking your own urine is supposed to be the best for building muscle

Well it depends Lee, if you are interested in building strength then horse urine is probably a better bet, but for size nothing beats human urine due to its abundance of branch chain amino acids.

Essence du Honey Badger urine is the new top tip. Distilled by a bearded man in a shed, so it MUST be good.

You would have to drink alot of milk to match a proper protein shake. For 400 ml of milk you would be looking at around 13g of protein and 30 odd grams of sugar . For my protein shake per 400 ml is 40g of protein and only 10g of sugar and protein shake contains the amino acids for mucles too.

You will find most professional body builders don't eat any protein at all. They usually only drink horse or human urine, and eat bread.

Milk is not as good straight after exercise as a whey protein shake. This is because milk is not absorbed through the stomach lining where as water with whey protein can be. Absorption through your stomach lining is important to help get the protein in fast to help you recover faster so you can do more exercise sooner. This also applies to glucose.

There is also something to do with 75% of the adult world being lactose intolerant and everybody is a little intolerant to milk. you can Wikipedia that one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactose_intolerance
