Grizedale Pike standard way
Whinlatter North or maybe the south
Traveerse looks very familiar
Open hill looks like Maiden Moor into Catbells but not 100% sure on that one

The first half is the Hobcarton descent off Grisedale Pike - the second section through the trees is no longer there, due to tree felling. The second half is the descent to Stoneycroft but they've detoured left to come down Barrow. That's all cheeky; Barrow is really popular with walkers so best ridden after 4pm.

Getcha.

Rode Grizedlae and Whiteless Pike this summer, and back via Sail and Rigg Beck, had planned on going over to Barrow, but it was late. Thought I recognised a lot of it.

No it's not. They've been chopped down to make room for a block of flats.

🙄

stenhousemuir- I don't but the route is pretty straightforward depending on whether you want ultimate steepocity or not.

Either way, start at the layby at Stoneycroft then ride up the gravel road to Sail, then ride/carry up to the top of Crag Hill. Descend slightly by Eel Crag then up to the top of Hopegill Head then round to the top of Grizedale Pike. If you want a steadier descent then go down to the north over Hobcarton (you'll need Openstreetmap for this as it's not on the OS) and descend through Whinlatter.

If you want maximum steepness and excitement carry on off the front of Grizedale to the east via Sleet How to Braithwaite. This isn't for the faint hearted, it's seriously steep and slidey even on a dry day. A really tough rideable descent, my favourite trail of last year I think.

Both options return to Stoneycroft via a bridleway from Braithwaite then the road.
