Probably best to get to a machine shop with an old scared one and get them to make them. Its only a nylon roller.

machine shop

That would work, they're not even nylon they're some sort of rubber with a stainless hollow axle. Nylon one would be better tbh. I just wondered if there was a standard roller easily available that fits.

Have a look for "delrin rollers" on google or on ebay, if you have an engineering shop local to you then take the old bush/roller in to them and they'll turn you a new bush out of delrin for little cash, if you wish to get fancy then use the small bearing cage races from a set of eggbeater pedals as an isert in the delrin bush.

I remember them as being nothing fancy. Just a hollow zinc plated inner tube over a black nylon roller. The roller had a slight raised edge, to stop it loosing the chain off the edge. They were a very crude, but well marketed idea in the MBUK days. It would jam up with grit and make nice tramlines on the rollers in not time at all and use to rattle the chain over it as well.
