So, I've taken a week off to go riding/walking etc with MrsK next week (leaving friday). Torridon was Plan A, but the weathers looking a bit iffy for camping, plan B and C was either Cairngorms or South Wales respectively.
What doth thou reckon?
Depends on how far you want to travel?
Spent a few days in Porlock Pool Bridge last year with the kids some good riding and walks plus if the sun does come out the beach is not too far.
Northumberland - lots of lovely walks and riding there.
Exmoors not a bad shout actually, never been there. Torridons not off the cards if the whole country's going to be a bit grey and showery, but if there's a big high pressure sitting in the south, there will certainly be a strong preference for drier climes.
