Hi all

Just servicing a mate's fork (x-fusion sweep RT2) as it keeps blowing the seal. Looks like I need the air side kit, but the UK distributor (upgradebikes.co.uk) wont sell it to me 🙁

I found a site in Canada but they want $45 shipping :scream:

Any ideas, or just faff about finding the correct o-rings?

This seems to be the part no. XF-42-XFKTCRL-AIR-301

Cheers

I couldn't solve your problem, so I ended up not buying xfusion any more.

The only other option I can see is to remove the seals you want to replace and measure them accurately, and try to find a uk supplier that way.

Go into and LBS and ask them to order it in? Any shop selling DMR products will have an account with Upgrade and be able to source it.

Shockcraft in NZ do them and I think are pretty good to deal with.

Or DIY MTB in Oz - I know he's helped out people in the UK before. Seals & Service Packs (diymtb.com.au)

Is an alternative to convert to the roughcut damper? Probably not cheap.

Thanks all, I tapped up a mate in Canada and he's going to get them for me.

I asked Cotic too as thats where they came from originally, alas it seems they've also parted ways.

Last time I tried for a customer Upgrade refused to sell X fusion suspension seal kits other than dust wipers as they say its too specialist a job for any other suspension service centre, much more complicated than Fox, RockShox, Cane Creek, Ohlins etc.....

I was in an similar situation.  Check out 365 Cycles on eBay. Based in the USA but pretty quick shipping at reasonable price. I got genuine X-Fusion air spring and damper service kits for Sweeps from them a few months ago.
