It's to plug into a zerk fitment grease gun.
I'm using it for greasing the lower link on an Intense Recluse.

Was wondering the same. They are pretty standard. Available from decent bikes shops or any of the usual online places. I got mine from Tredz because I wasn't in a hurry and they had one with a long nozzle that suited my frame.
