Could anybody point be in the direction of a cheapo adapter so that I can plug my [US pin] DX charger in? Local Maplin does one for about £5.00 but I'm sure I can do better than that.
Bathroom shaver power outlet has 110v pinout the DX charger fits into.

Little update - although the shaver socket has a 110v socket the plug doesn't fit very well. Fits the 240v socket fine though. Job done.
Err check the voltage and you'll probably find it handles either.

It's the charger for the bastid light and the charger is built into the plug so you can't remove it. On my P7 torch battery charger though I did just cut off the plug and put a UK one on.
