I need some new bearings for my Specialized Tarmac SL6. "Official" Specialized ones from various online shops at running at about £35 but there are loads of places on eBay selling compatible ones for less than half that.

Who is the go to seller for headset (and other) bearings?

Same here. The owner is a friend of mine, I'd recommend.

Thanks, have ordered from Trailvision, just waiting for them to turn up. I find headsets confusion but they were really helpful in recommending which ones I need

Whoever is cheapest/fastest delivery ? ... what perceived value is the reseller adding?

For me, someone who can advise what I actually need and ideally someone who has a reputation for not selling complete rubbish. I appreciate 99% of the time it'll be the same bearings in a different packet but I don't mind paying a little bit extra if that seller has a good rep.
If you are comfortable you know what you need to buy then the above probably isn't needed

Two things for me, first is that Trail Vision are one of the few that actually stock the correct headset top bearing for Specialized. Many say they do but you get one that sits proud and the top cap wont sit flush with the frame. Second is that when they say they use marine grade grease they actually do.

I would rather be out on the bike than continually swapping out the cheapest. Delivery wise they usually arrive next day for me.
