I enjoy a good mountain bike film but this is the first one that has truly captivated me from start to finish. I saw it last night for the first time and was stunned by the filming, the riding, the fact it actually had some narrative AND the fact it didn't resort to endless slow motion footage (I'm thinking of you Life Cycles).

HIGHLY recommended.

I watched the live stream and it wasn't for me - riders looking to ride somewhere that's not Utah that's just like Utah, then go home and ride Utah.

More travel than riding, I thought I was watching Michael Palin or Ewan McGregor.

Follow Me was a big disappointment after seasons so I've avoided pretty much everything since. Will have to dip into this one I think…

More travel than riding

The fact it was not just a load of riding footage thrown together with duff US rock soundtrack was exactly why I loved it. OK, you'd hardly call it a plot, but at least there was some story and structure to hold the amazing riding footage together. They could have just released 1 hour of riding but instead there was plenty of other footage of the slog to hike-a-bike to the top of some of these hills, some great scenes with the local kids learning how powerful disc brakes are, funny scenes of how top MTBers can't actually pitch a tent etc. Far more depth than I've ever seen in any other MTB film.

I really enjoyed it. The riding skills of these guys is absolutely immense - I was blown away with what is possible on a bicycle. And as noted above, the bit where the kids have a go on the bikes is class.
