I'm currently in Ipswich for a meeting which will finish some time around 2, I have a hotel booked in Northampton tonight so I'm looking for a recommendation for either an easy to follow trail or a link to GPS file for a ride somewhere between the two places, WHY? Work are picking up the fuel bill so happy to take not the shortest route if it means better riding, but at the same time I don't want to be spending hours and hours extra in the car as I'm already hotel hopping across the country this week.
I have a 100mm XC bike with me (which actually belongs to a mate) that I'm testing out so not looking for anything super-techy. Current leader is the Milton Keynes ride from last months MBUK based around Woburn.
Quick blast around Alton Water and cafe stop 1, then head for Thetford.
I'm already planning to ride thetford tomorrow on my way to Norwich, so ideally want somewhere different tonight, but thanks for the suggestion.
