...as title!
Not Assos quality - sub £50, preferably sub £40!
Ta!
Decathlon, or DHB from previous comments
Dhb, pick the ones that meet your price point. Think I've got the aeron race which are very comfortable. Previously had the Earnley, Finchdean and Knowle which were all good at their price point. Knowl are what I use for endurance rides like the Kielder 100 but they were £80+.
dhb
+1 DHB
😆
knickers
😆
Looks like DHB then! Thanks.
If you're willing to accept bib shorts or bib tights rather than knickers then here is prob cheapest:

Craft bib shorts half price at my lbs atm @ £35 😆 http://www.cycle-centre.com/
First ones that have been a proper length for my long back/body. Usually have to shorten straps
Use knee warmers with your bibshorts, far better fit IMO if you have good bibshorts. The Craft knee warmers are the best I've used, bloke on ebay sells them cheaper too. 😉
After running the cheaper DHB bibs I'm not conviced that spending money on a good quality pairs of bibs is a must!
I now run Giant team Nalini bib shorts and the quality, comfort and fit and brilliant!
dhb quality has deteriated massively. i wouldn't bother anymore.

Got some roubaix ones and they are very comfy.
Ribble cycles seem to have the best price on them
Another shout for knee warmers!
I have a pair of giordana bibs in large for sale.
Worn once and washed twice. These are £50 bibs.
Therer too large for me.
giordana,nalini- both good.
shimano originals are pretty good as well, and cheaper.
I have been using this company for over a year now and I have no complaints. The fit is good and the cost is great. Plus they last for riding clothes.

Bib knickers were invented by Edwig Van Hooydonck, a big tall Belgian pro cyclist who couldn't get his bib tights long enough, so cut off the bottom bit. Therefore, I suggest that the cheapest way is to buy bib longs and cut to the desired length. Wear over bib shorts...
