My lbs doesn't stock them and as they are a low cost item postage could possibly be more than the actual item. Where would be the best place to get some of these from? If it makes a difference they are to go into Saint M810 calipers.

Surely your LBS could get you some with their next order? Most shops will be ordering from Madison at least weekly I'd have thought.
Find the individual shimano part number and search on ebay. You are looking at about a fiver.
They are a post free spare from Madison, if they are in stock a shop could have them in a day or two without having to place a bigger order.
