Obviously the alps are out, due to the time of year - planning on going either first or second week in April. We once went to Spain with Joyriders at that time and the climate was perfect, but there's complications. Joyriders are no more, some of our group have been to ciclo Montana and switchbacks and don't want to go back, fair enough. Don't fancy Sierra cycling, morocco is out too. Basque is out too, as some have been with them too.

Any suggestions?

Not moon on a stick stuff, just looking for food biking, good food and reasonably priced.

Madiera seems to be the cool new place for enduro-style overseas shredding.

No personal experience though.

Quite fancy Sicily myself too - and Italian and French Rivieras.

Lavatrax looks good, but the package looks like rather short days, ie 3-4 hours?

Hello nobeerinthefridge, hope you're well?

Although we can't help with this Easter coming (sorry about that), Joyriders still exists and if all goes to plan will be back in Andalucia soon. Just taking a bit of a break from Spain and exploring new areas 😉 Watch this space!

In the meantime why not check out allmountainventure.com - probably the closest to what we offered last time we saw you.

All the best.
Mark

Hi Mark, We were just talking on sunday, wondering what you were up to now! We've booked a week with Ciclo Montana now, really looking forward to it, especially with this weather just now.

Are you going back to the Cortijo, or the newer place by Zuheros?

You're sure to enjoy Ciclo. The alpujarras are awesome!!

More than likely we'll be in the Zuheros area again. In talks with Pete who's about to return from his around the world adventure! We've got some exciting plans in the pipeline!

In the meantime I'm guiding and instructing in the UK.

That's great news, Adele will be chuffed, she compares every bike holiday (usually unfavourably!!!) to our joyriders holiday. All the best to you and Pete, Nesbit and McNeill the honorary Scotsmen!.
