Where is anyone finding the scarlet pimpernel of 2.6 maxxis tyres in this country! I’ve not seen them anywhere at all yet!?

Serious question, why are these not turning up in European (or UK) outlets?  Are Maxxis keeping them off the market for some reason or have distributors decided not to carry them for some reason?

Forekaster 27.5x2.60WT 120 TPI Folding 3C MaxxSpeed EXO / TR tyre.  It looks like Madison have stock of these (part number MXT91144200) so any retailer with an account can order for you.

Cheers Mr P!  It’s certainly taken it a long time to get here!  Have to get one for a play and see if the US reviews were on the ball then!

In stock with Madison and Extra, so pretty much any UK lbs should be able to get them next day.

I stuck the SKU Mr P provided into Google and instantly found Freeborn listing them in stock a sensible-for-Maxxis price 🙂

On another note I did a few miles on mine and I'm very impressed. Its on the front, rolls well even on the road, grips well and seems predictable.

It goes like stink down rocky uneven terrain descents at low pressure (16 psi - I weigh 66kg), I'm very impressed I didn't puncture it

I've got these tyres on a Whyte hardtail, and love them. I've had a look around the interwebz and can't find any in 2.6 flavour.  Any one know anything that Google doesn't?.

Why do the descriptions on both freeform and Amazon talk about the HighRoller II?

Would a 2 6 fit in a non boost rockshox yari?

2.6 Forecaster and DHF both fit in a none boost pike with a mudguard on 25c or 30c wheels

Clearance is ok but I wouldn’t want anything bigger than a dhf
