I have a plus size tyres on my bike and it came fitted with nobby nics 27.5 x 3.00
the problem with them is that there are so soft you can almost hear the rubber ripping of, so when the time comes I don't want to use them again, I think maxxis do some but I cant seem to find any one who has them in stock, I used to have the high roller 2 on my other bike and would really like a plus size tyre with a similar tread pattern
cheers

I have 2.8 NN on the front of my spectral, been using it solidly since January and there isn't a mark on it. It's the same weight apparently as the 3 inch one, so maybe a bit more robust.
Spesh tyres are great, try a purgatory.
As above, 28 Nics are tougher - or bike-components.de have the Maxxis Rekon+ - expensive though, and not sure they're tougher.
Specialized a good option
