I got a 598 brand new off eBay, it was a Volvo branded one but is the same a standard except a small Volvo logo that you can colour black. I think I paid just over £70
eBay was always the place the buy them new various car dealerships sell them off cheap, or halfords when they do the bogof or bogohp promotions

It’s probably the same place that dc1988 mentions, although I only paid £80/rack. Site looks a bit basic but they came in <24 hours marked as coming from a dealership. As above, they are Volvo-branded but I think you can remove the branded bit of trim (On the older ones it just slides out, haven’t tried on the 598).
Yes that's likely the same people I got mine from, I think I was watching it on eBay then they offered 10% off so I caved and bought it
Halfords have the 951 on special offer for £83 just now.
I've got a pair of Wingbars with feet for sale in Sheffield if they're any good to you. I also had a pair of 598's which were snapped up instantly.
Can't remember the length of the bars but the feet are the type that clamp onto existing roof rails.
