May seem a daft question but lots of places seem to sell 28inch tubes for 29er tyres.
Is this correct and if so any good recommends!!

I' put 26" tube in mine. Works fine and dont have to have two sizes of tube in my pack.

Why would you put anything other than a 29 tube in a 29 tyre? Unless you were stuck and a 26 will go in with a bit of work.
I've never seen a 28 tube.

29" by the suitable width, from a bike shop. 😀

28 is what Conti called 29 before the yanks decided it should be 29 and the whole world followed. 26 tubes in a 29 means you need about 6 arms to get the second bead over the edge!
