Windy??? Has this been the windiest year on record? Every day seems to be gusty/breezy making riding the bike slightly less enjoyable. Barely ridden the road bike as every evening just seems to be too windy which means used the mtb a lot so not complaining too much. I honestly cant remember the last time i rode without it being windy.
Agreed, cant remember the last road ride when it wasn't windy. Some good PR's with the wind behind you though 😉

it's been a windy april and may for sure, only saving grace has been it's been mostly out of the west so I get a tailwind on the way home (and my morning rides are more sheltered so no big loss)

After changing my diet recently I can safely say there has been a dramatic increase in overall speed and gustiness wherever I seem to be. 🙂
Here in yorkshire it just seems a permanent wind at the minute, never goes away. I guess i must have run out of MTFU juice as i keep opting out of a ride when i see the trees bending over.
Yet again its windy and the weather people had the audacity to say a gentle breeze today. At what speed does a breeze become a gust? Road bike gathering dust so mtb to otley chevin again.
