After a bit too much time on my hands, I now have a wish list of bike parts I fancy. I'm going to have a mooch around for bargains and was wondering if anyone has a favourite site they wish to share?

My current hunting ground includes Bike24, JeJames, Stif, BikeChase, Evans, Merlin, CRC and Wiggle.

Thanks 😉

Merlin for me, they don't seem to increase prices just before they have a sale like some others seem to!

Wiggle for me, best service I've had with returns/problems etc, getting orders delivered quickly and well packed, only problem recently is that they seem to have stopped the free Haribo 🙁 😆

Wiggle or Merlin

Avoid CRC like the plauge if you ever need to send anything back.

Try to use wiggle as much as possible although they don't always have what I'm after

They do! Stuff was more expensive in their recent 'sale'.

Merlin for me when they have 10% off it's off the discounted price so some proper bargains can be had and consistent delivery brilliant.

Ribble are normally pretty cheap for components

www.bikesyoulike.co.uk

It's the online version of my LBS, but I still use the online side of things as prices seem pretty keen, and they often have discount voucher codes coming through via e-mail.

Increasingly using Ribble for components and clothing - prices are very hard to beat, and so far no problems with their customer service.

Since the OP mentions bike24, I'll add http://www.bike-x-perts.com which is also in Germany (but webby in English).

I think you can split the original question into two:

1. Who has the best website?
2. Who offers the best service and prices?

My answers:
1. CRC, Bike24 and Wiggle (with mentions for SJS and Dotbike)
2. CRC, Merlin, Wiggle and Ribble

Not spending anything with CRC again after they would not refund my next day delivery charge. Wiggle and Biketart the next two I would use.

Parker International has the best service including amusing conversations with them for out of the ordinary requests.

Thanks all, we're building up a great list here. As soon as it seems we have all the best ones I'll post a single list with links and relevant comments.

I should also have added NextDayTyres to my original list.

My favourite is the one with the right thing at the right price at the time! So usually CRC, Wiggle or Merlin depending, but I have got a couple of hard-to-find bits from SJS as well.
