Is it 11 speed? If so that's prob a cassette spacer to run 9/10 speed

Its a mavic spacer for you free hub looking at it. If you decide to run 10 speed or less in the future you will need to put this on before the cassette. Reason being, an 11 speed free hub is 1.85mm wider than a 10 speed.
