I have one 26 fs, and one 27.5 ht bike

Fancy a bit of a change (mainly the fs), but thinking I’d have more options for a 27.5 fs frame. Leading me to swap my wheel sizes around (27.5 fs and a 26 HT)

This makes sense except is there anyone making “long low” 26” frames?

Just use your current wheels/forks in a 650b frame? As long as the bb drop isn't huge it'll be fine, with the plus side of being more future proof - I run a dartmoor hornet like this and it's ace

Don't know about up to date but a Ragley Ti would be as glorious today as it was in 2010 or whenever it was they came out

My evil sovereign mk 1 is over ten years old and is still as up to date as any hardcore hardtail around.

Production Privee Shan? Mind you, I still like my Genesis Alpitude (the original white/black one) well enough, especially with Marzocchi 55’s.

I've got a medium "fast red" BFe 26 that will be going in the classifieds shortly if you're interested

I've got a medium 2007 Orange SubZero frame, unused in the last six years. Takes a 150-180mm fork, but goes best with 160mm. Give me a shout if it interests...

I run my Bird 'Zero' with 26" wheels (and a 650 fork) and it works great.  I put ahorter cranks on it, but don't really notice pedal strikes too much.

Long-low-slack- and 26"

I bought an orange clockwork 120 to replace a Cove stiffer and am running it with 26" bits. The bb is a bit low but other than that it's brilliant!

The clockwork 120 takes my old 135 non bolt through wheels and the clock work evo takes a 142 rear wheel.

Err... I love a sovereign as much as anyone (except maybe you), but they are not low, nor slack, nor long unless you have the long version of the MK1. I fitted a 24" rear wheel to one of mine to get low and slack, but it still felt too short. And I like short frames. They are a great frame though.

BTR make a 26” version of their Ranger.

Cotic do the new BFe in a 26” version too.
