...a previous time/pace on a segment/circuit/route and race against myself in real time to beat that previous time?
So, the same function that Strava has for segments/circuits but it is real time so can be used as a training tool...
Hopefully that makes sense.

I think Strava premium now offer live segments on your phone, which is basically what you want, I think.
