Bloke had a Ti bike, it broke
Bloke tried to get a warranty replacement under 'lifetime guarantee' - refused by US manufacturer
Bloke tried to get details of UK importer/agent, person he talked to refused to give contact details
Bloke posted on Bikeradar
Bikeradar Mob were restless
Person bloke spoke to took umbrage and called Police alleging harassment
Police called on Bloke who inexplicably fell down the stairs*
Importer saw the light and offered Bloke replacement bike though in plastic not Ti
*This bit might not be true....
