Got a new commuter bike and i thought I'd try adding some reflective tape to a few areas of the bike in a bid to (marginally) increase my chances of surviving into old age.
I bought some tape off ebay labelled up as 3M Reflexallen. It's ok but could do with being a bit more flexible, a bit stronger in the adhesive stakes and if my quick shine a light into the dark shed test is to be trusted it could also be a bit more reflective. It's sort of noticeable but nothing like the material on my Altura jacket or some of the Proviz clothing I've seen.
Has anyone used reflective tape on a frame that really stands out and stays put once applied?
