Much better prices, and better insurance model.

£10 via parcel force won't insure you for very much, depending on if you're sending an expensive frame you'll want to pay for more.

Arrange on line, pay, print labels, drop off at PO. £25 for a frame with about £500 insurance.

Sent mine via my Hermes recently. Cost about 7 quid. Got there in a couple of days.

I used parcel monkey recently. About £14 from memory, collected by parcelforce from my house really quickly.
