Which 661's? I had a pair fo chicken wings which were useless at staying put and fell apart despite not being used much. The Evo's look great though. I use race face zero's now which have been great so far. Can't comment on others, but from what I've seen POC are really good.

Why is POC stuff so expensive? 😕

I use those ridiculous black/white 661 efforts that DHers use.

I have matching shin/knee pads too.

Sure, they're quite heavy, but if I'm wearing pads, I'm wearing pads.
DMR V12s with extra long bastard pins hold no fear for me now. Other than when I'm not wearing said pads, obviously.

You got the Bones aye Grantway? You won't regret that, they're ace. Excellent protection, they'll stay in place but they're comfy and don't heat you up as much as any other pad I've used. Not so enclosed, see. I thought hard armour would be uncomfortable and sweaty so I kept trying neoprene ones, they're all pish frankly.

But I still wouldn't spend £70 on a t-shirt, **** me.

Love my POC Bones Arms, stay in place and aren't particularly sweaty. Only problem is they've got me considering upgrading my knee and spine protection to POC at massive cost.

Shoot, descent-gear sent me an e-mail stating that elbow bones no more in stock. Ordered softie* ones, hope they will arrive Friday, otherwise I am compromised for Scotland trip.
