What is the difference between
XT M8000 I-Spec B 11
and
XT M8000 I-Spec 11
Mine has just failed and I need to replace, will and XTR shifter be compatible?

I-spec B has a different fitting to I-spec A. Thats all I know.

The first one has I-Spec B shifter mounts, the second one has I-Spec II. The mount needs to match the one on your current shifters.
