What is missing that sits over the crank bolt for a Bosch CX Performance ebike? Whatever it is fell out and we've now had three failed attempts at buying the correct replacement online. The crank bolt itself now works itself loose on every ride.
The bike is a Cube and the manual is generic, seemingly for all Cube bikes, and provides no useful information about correct parts whatsoever!

Bolts don't loosen themselves, they are designed not to. I suspect it, the thread it tightens into or some splines, (not sure what the exact design is) is damaged, and the loosening is what pushed the missing part out.Â

You may well be right. No further rides until we get it fixed as it will only get worse.
