The wife damaged her cruciate ligaments skiing, So the MTB is out the window. Thinking of getting a spinning bike. Will 300 quid get me a good one?

We picked one up second hand when the mrs damaged her back. I suspect a lot people buy one then stop using it, try gumtree or ebay. If you are anywhere near bristol then we are about to stick ours ebay as she is back on the road.

pretty boring today with nothing much happening until tiger turned it on !!

be good to see tiger play at his best and make a very interesting day with macilroy sunday, (dont think rory will be able to cope though)

i have a few bets on cassey, karlson, kutchar, kaymer and fisher, most of it is on cassy at about 40-1 but i have fisher at 125-1,

Why don't you just get a turbo trainer for £140 and a slick tyre for mtb, or even a cheap second hand road bike which can then be used outside

No idea about the BH bike, it may well be cheap for a reason

as I said Johny G are good

Can't think of any others I've used but the 3 above are gym quality and good sturdy machines

don't underestimate how heavy they are if you're thinking of collecting one yourself
