Sent my KS Lev back to Germany over 4 weeks ago for a warranty repair (actuator string snapped). It was received at the KS distributor (six-pack racing) on 10/07 but there is still no sign of it being fixed or returned.
They've had it for a full 4 weeks now.. I've been in touch with bike-discount (who I bought it off) but they don't seem to be too bothered at the time it is taking.
What do you think would be a reasonable timescale before I start complaining and what action could I take?
I've tried emailing sixpack and KS USA (to see what sort of time the repair should take) but not had a response from either.
Cheers
Steve

I'd expect a 3day turnaround but perhaps i just expect too much.

Flame them/enquire about your KS Lev on their twitter account.
