I'm looking for a helmet light and I recall one with a smallish square light unit, with lead to a separate battery - but cannot for the life of me remember what it was.
Anyone got any ideas? I seem to think it had a 2 in the name but might be dreaming...

I know the clues are a bit obscure...
🙂

Hope used to do a small helmet mounted light with a seperate battery pack. Or check out Mtbbatteries.co.uk they also have light units with seperate batteries.

I make these for Cyclorise. I import the lamp head on its own so I pick the best LEDs I can get my hands on, then assemble the batteries myself using the 3500mA ones from Panasonic etc. Charger is 'legal' as well.
I think the power to weight ratio beats anything including Exposure and Lupine. Sold loads locally, basically anything made goes out the door the same day almost.

That cyclerise might look nice in the daylight but some beam patterns and nighttime comparisons wouldn't go amiss to justify the claims.

Trust me, you don't want an R8 on your helmet.

I'd have said a Nightrider MiNewt, probably. The 2 might be a red herring.

All good guesses but I must have been dreaming. Can't find it anywhere.

Cheers 🙂
