So, just had the Arkrose set up tubeless, so I'm guessing I ought to start carrying a tubeless repair kit - feel free to recommend what you use yourself!

For holes that the sealant can't seal: a set of tyre plugs plus applicator and some flexible superglue.

For cuts: tyre boot and needle and thread.

For burps: a pump.

If I'm on a longer trip then a 50ml tube of sealant.

If I'm really remote an inner tube and a set of pliers to pull out all the thorns beforehand.

I’ve got an Arkose and I used the weldtite kit successfully today, I cut a plug in half lengthways and widthways (so 4 plugs from one) and didn’t use the glue.

Nothing, I don’t even bother with a pump.
Haven’t had a puncture in at least 5 years tho

If you use CO2 then make sure your sealant plays ball with it.

My tyre plug applicator is the Sahmurai which plugs into the bar ends.

Plugs and applicator kit from decathlon for tuppence, although the plugs are quite thick compared to other brands, like licorice rope! I bought some thinner bacon strip/anchovy sized ones which were much easier to use but didn't taste any better (I still have some of the black ones on standby just in case I get a larger hole). Also carry C02, pump and inner tube.

I’ve cunningly bodged the business parts of a Dynaplug Megaplugger into the CO2 thread of my OneUp EDC canister. I then have a small OneUp pump with CO2 adaptor and CO2 cartridge frame mounted. (OneUp fanboi).

You've just jinxed it now! We had three on a two day trip to the Lakes last weekend.

I've got the Weldite one which works well but I bought a pack of the smaller worms as the big ones can be to big sometimes. I do quite fancy a Dynaplug racer though.

Sahmurai Swords in the ends of the bars for me.

Tube and CO2 Louri strapped under the saddle in a dry bag.

Dynaplug racer
Anything else carries a serious risk of puncturing the rim tape especially if your racing and in a hurry

Decathlon ones. Cheap as chips. You can split them lengthways with a Stanley and then put them back in the packet for the smaller holes

Weldite tubeless repair kit.

Pump and CO2

tubes

the tubeless repair I had to do the other day failed twice which was annoying. The CO2 head brilliantly inflated my tyre the other day but when I unscrewed the head it brought the valve core with it, letting the tyre down quite rapidly and requiring the use of a pump.....

I don't bother with repairs, just stick a tube in and then worry about it when I get home.

A couple of Weldtite worms cut to different sizes, and one of the file/screwdriver tools that come with it in a little resealable bag stuffed in to the hollow bit of the crank on each bike. CO2 on frame.
For longer rides I add an extra CO2, tube and levers to frame.
If taking a bag I'll put a little pump in it too.

Me too. Old habits I guess, but I know it’ll work first time.

Quickly sorted a very rare cut that wouldn't seal recently on the mtb on my last day in the Alps; superglue and a Leach patch on the outside! Co2 to reinflate. Held really well for rest of day, got home and repaired it the same way but on the inside.

Dynaplug racer here again. I used to use a Panaracer kit, but that's a bit more fiddly to use. I just carry a mini-pump for inflation as I'm not in a big hurry.

Weldtite kit plus an old toothpaste tube cut open to act as a super tyre boot in extreme situations with a tube in there to get home.

Can't understand this. I would probably have the tyre repaired (using a weldtite kit) and be riding away before you'd got one of the beads off your tyre to start putting the tube in.
Then you would still have to faff around with a sealant covered tube at home later too.

Why would you do that?
