Looks like a std shimano type BB etc
so

5mm allan key
Shimano HT2 bearing cup spanner or socket

should do it, some may add torque wrench and maybe even BB facing tool

Mrs j has a (different) fsa crankset on her road bike: the torque tightnesses are etched on the cups and the crank.

I use "pretty damn tight" on my scale of tightness, a bit less on alu or Ti. It's not a precise measure, so you may be better off using a torque wrench if you've got one! The crank clamp bolts are "not all that tight" on the same scale.

I have two sets of FSA cranks and they both require the use of an "FSA pin tool" to tighen and remove the retaining crank bolt insert. £54.99 from CRC or borrow one??
