Just got a Haro Mary SS and i want to change the cog to an 18t.

Looks like an xtr chainring bolt thing. That or an old style square taper bb. A tool to do those would do it.

Brass chisel and a small hammer to loosen the lockring.
Look carefully for which way it is threaded.
Fixed sprockets used a left-hand-thread on one component to tighten as you rode it.

Its not fixed. Its a freewheel. Think ive found the right tool.
