I have a road bike with a press-fit BB386EVO, having the usual creaks and odd noises.
Can anyone recommend a BB that screws together similar to the Hope or Praxis convertor but to suit a BB386EVO as I seem unable to find one that specifically states it will fit and is recommended?

Why not just bung in 24mm BB? 386 EVO uses BSA threads does it not? Mine does. Then match your cranks to the BB.

386 evo is a chainset standard, not a bb standard.
