too thick for brake fluid....very small container too...2cm high.....
What color's the bike? Touch up paint would seem more likely if it's red, not sure my thread lock bottles have that nasty a warning on it!

As it contains xylene, which is a solvent I would also guess that it is paint. can you try it on something? wife's nails?

don't get it on your hands or breath in the vapour, use Xylene at work, horrible stuff, eats through nitrile & latex gloves and (from experience) melts the soles of your shoes! 😯
if it melts rubber maybe it's for repairing tears in a tubeless tyre?
