Shock travel?
Bike travel?
Linkage type?
Riding style?
Fire/aft weight bias?
Desired sag?

It’s a Canyon strive.

Shock travel is 200 x 57
Bike travel is 160
Linkage think it’s a split pivot but could be wrong
Enduro style riding
Fire/aft weight bias: no idea what that is
Desired sag: 30

Was supposed to say fore/aft. How far over the front, or back of the bike you are.

I'd start about 450 in lbs but I favour the front of the bike.

500 might also work.

Good question.

I tend to ride the front of the bike more.

TF tuned spring calculator always worked well for me.

But maybe best to play it safe and send the shock to me. I'll even give you a Monarch Plus in the same size in return.

TF or MRP calculators both work well, I prefer the MRP as it also allows you to dial in front/rear bias etc with some really good pointers to help.

I've got a barely used 500lb x 2.25" Ti Springs Coil if that's any interest to you? £60 inc postage:
