I really like the pedals but it can be hard to unclip the back foot with the cranks level as the toes on my AM9's hit the crank before the cleat releases. I can usually (usually...) get out anyway but just wondering what flat sole style shoes other people are using and whether it makes a difference. My AM9's are size 44 so hardly massive and the cleats are already as far inboard as possible.

I use the same shoes and pedal combo. I had the same problems and have just fitted the longer axle kit which solves the problem.
