I'm building a bike for my nephew, and I need a perch for his narrow arse.

Oh, what you building him? I fancy building a bike for my nephew but have no idea where to start with kids bikes!
I've got a 16" orange evo2 frame knocking about that I've been using as a jump frame... I've got some air forks for it and I'm going to build it up with drive train bits from my spares bin.
If he rides regularly and looks after the bike, he might get some upgrades 🙂

Madison do a couple of reasonable looking ones.
Their own Y04 might be small - it's aimed at 6-12 yr olds.
The San Marco Concor Junior is aimed at 8-14 but might be a bit roadie.
My son has an SDG I-Fly on his bike.
I'd bought it for myself (when in a weight-weenie phase), but too hard/narrow/small...
