I am after some wide risers to change from the narrow standard ones on my fsr

Which ones can be recommended as having that natural feel good factor?

Are there any bargains out there also anywhere ?

Bars a fairly personal thing. Easton Havocs, Chromag FUBAR and Sunline VOnes seem universally liked.

And BTW I've got a set of uncut black 2010 Easton Havoc aluminiums 750mm or thereabouts. Little used with a few scuff sto anodising (mostly under grips). £40 posted.

I really like Kore bars , I have these 800's on my DH bike and these 740's on my 6 inch bike.. Cheap too. Made of a great alloy for bars and generally quite good.

Been using Answer Pro Taper 720 AM bars. Low rise , not as much back sweep as easton bars, not too wide. Ideal for a trail bar.

Sunline V1s here. Picked them up for £20 in the CRC sale.

Easton Havens or Havocs would be my choice if I was spending more.

How wide is wide? To some 685 is wide, to some nothing but 800 will do...

If wide is somewhere between those two, then can wholeheartedly recommend the Sunline V1's. Ace shape, very strong, light and cheap in the sales...

Nukeproofs 760 here. But cut down to 710 for my skinny shoulders.

Crc are selling lots of bars off.

Nukeproofs & answer looked cheap enough.

Buy bigger and try them then trim to suit. I used to ride with my hands on my lock on collars. Now my hand sits squarely on the grip 🙂
