I appear to have bent mine a bit. Are there any that're more sturdy than others? Rather not spend loads, but I also don't want a cheap one that'll just bend again.

Not bothered about weight, but I would prefer QR 'cos I take the wheel out a lot for sticking the bike in the car.

Anything with an internal/sealed cam. I always use Shimano.

If you run a Hope hub, get the 10mm conversion kit and a Superstar qr

Reckon I'd rather a new one since I seem to be quite hard on them (this isn't the first one I've bent!). I'm not even sure how one bends a QR to be honest.
