My specialized rear hub is pony, looking to get the rim a roval 29mm rebuilt on something decent. Looking at dt Swiss 350 or hope pro4. Is it worth spending more for dt Swiss 240 / King. On a 29er and 28 hole, straight pull or normal ?

There's not much difference between 350 and 240. The 240 has more axle options and is a bit lighter. I'd go 350 personally, and having used both DT hubs and several Hopes I'd take DT over Hope any time.
