Hi, I'm not very clued up on the above TBH, and not too sure on how important the quality of headset is. looking for a fit and forget solution i.e. never have to remove (is that reasonable?)
Same for the BB, I've heard the cheaper shimano variants have poor seals that expose the bearings to contaminants so eventually fail, but on the flip side I dont want to drop £170 on a fully fledged ceramic job
I think the BB is BB91
cheers
Hope.
Adil.
This was my recent purchase (the FSA) one, they're sealed 'apparently' and last longer than the Shimano ones.

For cheaper shimano press fit try Rose bikes.
Hope for headsets, they have now moved into the PF BB market too, not sure when it's out though
Thought about a plastic BB so that you don't damage the frame with regular replacement?
The idea is buy a decent one that wont need changing, so I don't have to buy the £25 BBT90.3 tool to remove it again
Hope ones should be available now I think.
Adil.
