Assuming you have the green mk1 krampus, it's normal QR front and rear but with a distinct lack of rack mounts.
You could look at Old Man Mountain racks but I think I'd be using frame back, seat pack, bar roll rater than panniers.
You could even get new forks with anything cage mounts, they are on the Surly site.

I have the OPS, which still lacks mounts though. What frame bag do you use/recommend out of interest? I have a large seat pack and bar bag already, but wanted the pannier option for other (non bikepacking) duties.
Using a Surly nice rack on mine. Had to get a seat clamp adaptor but works perfectly.
I like the carradice duckcotton panniers personally. Hard wearing and look good.
