My daughter will have outgrown her Islabike after this winter and instead of getting her the next size up (700) I was thinking I would get a better spec for my money by building up a bike.
But what options are there for a small frame as this could be the stumbling block?
Have found a couple on ebay but have never heard of them before.
Any ideas? She is 140cm at the moment so guess come next she'll be around 5ft.

There are a number of small CX bikes on the market - it just depends upon how much you want to spend. IMO you probably couldn't go far wrong with the Pinnacle arkose womens cx bike or try the junior range at worx bikes.

Was looking for 700 size wheels.
Will look at Worx, remember spotting one actually at the last race.
If you are after a 47/48cm frame with 700c wheels then the door opens a few more bikes / frames available to you.
