I need a light-ish multi tool with a usable 15mm spanner and the normal range of Allen keys. Any ideas???

What's the 15mm for? Anything using a nut that big will usually want a bit of torque too so multitools are pretty unlikely to cut it. So if that's right in this case, then Hexus + 15mm spanner.

I think you could use a screwdriver-to-socket adaptor with a Ratchet Rocket though and get a little ratchet wrench.

Singlespeed axle nuts I am guessing.

A proper 15mm spanner is the minimum acceptable 15mm spanner.

I've answered my own question. I found 3 X Gerber Cooltools in one of the boxes of possible useful things I have in the garage. Sorted...
