I have a 2016 Stumpjumper FSR (carbon model) and would like to fit a longer drop seat post but don't want to drill out or enlarge the internal routing port. What are my options?

The command post iirc has been faultless but id like more drop and have plenty of post to play with. Looking for minimum 150mm, must be internal routing.

Can anyone help with options that will fit,  I understand a reverb hydraulic cable is too thick to go through the port without enlarging it?

Thanks

I had a 160mm Bike Yoke Revive in my large 2016 Stumpy and still had a few cm to spare (could have gone for an even longer drop.

Never heard of the reverb hoses not fitting though. Good job I didn't buy one and find out the hard way!

Wolftooth Components do a cable remote conversion for the Reverb - here. Alternatively check out the new OneUp dropper here..

I haven't got a bad word to say about the Revive, except that it's redonkulously expensive.

Well, mine did fail and got replaced under warranty, but it was a nice post to use! Wouldn't hesitate to buy another if the price was in line with other choices.

I've got a revive, it's great but I do end up having to revive it regularly (probably my fault for chucking it in the boot of my car/putting my bike upside down).

Thanks frogstomp

Wasn't aware of the wolftooth option and that new one-up looks a good option too.
