I've acquired a garage which has a couple of existing ground anchor points which are quite small and don't extend far above the floor
My Kryptonite D locks are too thick to go through the ground anchors so I need a thinner, more flexible lock if I'm going to make use of them
Any recommendations?

If they're too thin to take a d-lock or motorbike chain, how much use are they anyhow?

you want 16mm at a minimum preferably 18-19mm. if you can't fit that then they are not worth it.
